The 4 Elements

The four natural elements - water, wind, earth, and fire - provide the balance of energy that we need in order to establish and maintain our psychological and physical well-being.

 

Children can be taught natural and holistic methods of regulating, like breathing, meditation, and spending time in nature, all tying back to the 4 basic elements.
